Patriot Car Wash - Fort Lee

Signed up for the Ultimate Unlimited Wash ($37/mo) and added my wife for $33/mo with a discount. We were excited since it is close to home, but it was a huge disappointment. The wash process is confusing with little direction, you are constantly wiping the windshield just to see what to do. When exiting, you are rushed through a quick wash/dry with no time to actually dry the car properly. The car was not clean at all. Dirt was smeared, and there were water spots all over the windows and paint. Canceled both memberships the same day. No reimbursement, which felt unprofessional. $70 lesson learned. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

ZERO STARS…Don’t waste your time on this garbage. Paid $18 and wasted 30 minutes of my life that I’ll never get back.. this garbage shut down mid wash and had me stranded inside as the doors wouldn’t even open back up smh lol. Called the customer service number and went straight to voicemail. Finally called the mps to save the day . Never again smh LOL

Terrible experience, my truck was damaged at the carwash, I noticed deep long swirls scratches down to the metal on the left side, I approached the manager/owner about it and he is trying to pawn the damage on someone else, my insurance says that the busniess is at fault but they can't do anything until the busniess provides their insurance info to investigate, still no info after a long goose chase/finger pointing. If you are going to use this car wash be careful!

to add to the list of poor reviews this is my first time using this car wash and it was terrible. It ripped the valve stems out of 3 of my tires. After waiting 2 hours for the manager to show up after him saying he will be there in 45 minutes. He blamed me first blaming my valve stems, let him know i’ve never had a problem with other car washes when i take my car once a week to get washed at other car washes and then said “maybe our car washes are just really powerful and works well” as i wipe my finger on my car to show him my finger is black from my car still being dirty. The guy is very rude, he’ll raise his voice at you and will take 0 accountability that this is just a terrible car wash. My whole car was shaking from how rough the car wash was. This car wash is a joke. The soap and foam literally foamed up like there was a blockage. There was no soap on my car the whole time. Pretty disappointed this useless car wash is on base. Whoever is running this place should be ashamed of themselves. Just a cash grabbing place and wasting people's time/money! Do not go to this car wash!
