On Friday, I brought my Tahoe in for a routine oil change and alignment since it was due for service and I had just installed new tires. The vehicle was in perfect working condition when I dropped it off—there were no warning lights or issues at all. When I picked up my vehicle, Dawn at the front desk immediately told me that my steering stability light had been on during their initial inspection. This was very concerning, as there were absolutely no warning lights on when I drove the vehicle in that morning. I questioned why this would even need to be mentioned if it was supposedly on “prior,” because clearly I would have been aware of it. I’m writing this review after multiple frustrating experiences with scheduling at this shop. Most recently, my 75-year-old mother had a state inspection appointment scheduled. She initially went in on Monday and was turned away and told she needed to schedule an appointment. So we scheduled her for Wednesday, but the day of the appointment she was told it had to be canceled because they don’t do state inspections that day and time and that she needed to come earlier in the day on another date. I texted with the shop to clarify and scheduled her for Friday morning at 8:00 AM, which they told me was the next available time for state inspections. I recently visited the Precision Tune Auto Care on Fort Lee and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was not only fast and efficient but also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, and their pricing was very fair. It's rare to find such a combination of quality service and customer care. Because of this, I'm a loyal customer for life now. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto service. A well-deserved 10/10!

These people were extraordinarily fair. The manager and staff were polite and immediately diagnosed the potential challenge. However, the repair that was put into place, didn't quite fix the problem. They offered me the opportunity to come back and let them take a more detail look when they had more time on their schedule and I had more time as well. On top of that, the manager waved all cost because they could not fix the problem on that visit. I think the exchange made an excellent choice with this vendor. They were reasonable in price to start with but then, he didn't even charge me that price. How much better service do you get than that? I'll go back when I have more time and let them spend more time with the truck to sort out this ignition related or fuel related problem.
