Patriot Depot (Vin's Auto Service)

DO NOT GO HERE. The mechanics will do stupid things like overfill your tires, the owner will rob you blindly, hell they won't tell you if they're going to charge you an extra $40 for using a credit card until you're paying. I wwnt to another mechanic right after and they said I was robbed. Not just overpriced, but shadiness too.

I returned 3 Uhaul’s at this establishment after business hours. Upon arriving and the business being closed I returned all 3 pieces of equipment on the UHaul app, cleaned all 3 trucks out and made sure all 3 were fueled up to the correct levels. We had some boxes and stretch wrap that we cleaned out of the trucks. We located the dumpster on the property and took all of our trash to the dumpster but it was full. So we stacked all of our trash next to the dumpster so it would be very easy to put in once the dumpster was emptied. About 3-4 days later I received a call from U-Haul letting us know that we were charged a $250 cleaning fee by by Vin’s Auto because that is what it cost them to dispose of the trash that we left. Rented a u-haul from here. Woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I must have looked confused while trying to figure out the truck’s features and someone came over to help me navigate. Very helpful employees and easy experience!

No better auto body than Vins. I took my first car here years ago and never go anywhere else. Oil changes and tire rotations are fast and easy. Prices are excellent and Adam and the rest of the staff will do what they can for u. Honest place

I would strongly recommend finding another place to have work done to your car. This establishment appears to be dishonestly run from the top down. I had a run in with Vin himself when I dropped my car off for an oil change. They did the oil change and when I went to pay there was a $25 charge for "tire service". Knowing there was nothing wrong with any tires when I brought the car in, and not having gotten a phone call about the additional charge before the "work" was done, I was suspicious that this might be a ploy to extract a little extra money from me. When I questioned this, I was told that I could not pay and they would take the plug out of my tire (which means I would have a flat).
