Thank you guys so much for your patience during the time it took to get this bus arranged for Towing. Justin was amazing and also big thank you to Cherie for assisting me over the phone. Really appreciated all of the information and I will definitely use you guys again. I do have two more buses that I’m looking to get towed off of our properties because they’re just not being used or their way way beyond repair so I will be getting in touch with you in the future. I had a great experience w this company!y car was dead as a doornail and it was in a parking space, in a tight parking lot in the cold rain and blocking the Starbucks drive thru lane. The tow truck driver wasnt phased, he was professional, empathic and super helpful. Great experience! Would def recommend!

Great Service. Timely and professional. They were reachable properly at the shared contact info, compared to other service which was just unreachable by me or even the Geico insurance claims agent! The driver (sorry I forgot his name!) Was just Awesome. Friendly, helpful, and experienced professional allowed me and my old Mom to ride back to our apartment! Give him 5 🌟!! Overall a great service.

Great communication, friendly, and took EXCELLENT care of my motorcycle (loading and unloading). Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hope i don't have to use them again too soon (ha!) but if I do I'll definitely give Patriot a call.
