Pat's Service Center

My Volvo broke down on 290 eastbound at the Rt 146 on ramp. I was able to get into the break down lane. This is rush hour in Worcester. I was in a very bad location, I called Pats for a tow and they were there in 10 minutes. The tow truck driver confirmed the garage I wanted my vehicle taken to. The dispatcher and driver I spoke to were extremely polite, professional and great response time.

After a frustrating experience with another tow company through AAA, I was reassigned to Pat’s Service Center and Felix completely turned the situation around. From the moment Felix arrived he handled everything the way a professional should. The first thing he did was walk over and actually look at my tire without me even asking. That simple step meant a lot after dealing with someone who had made assumptions without ever checking. Felix listened to what had happened, treated me with respect, and calmly walked through the best way to move the car. He was polite, patient, and incredibly helpful the entire time. If I could give a zero star review, I would. I had parked at 11 lake Ave towers in a visitors spot visiting my aunt just like I normally do every week. I had parked in this spot multiple times in the past with no problems. There is a sign that says visitor parking from the sign and to all spots to the right of the sign. I parked in the last visitor parking spot to the right before the sign that says resident parking followed by employee parking. There was a sign saying residential parking to the right of where I had parked. Additionally again, there was a sign for employees parking as well a few spots to the right of that. Very professional service driver, he was empathetic and kind, showed up way sooner than quoted and took great care of towing my vehicle to the dealership.

I was pleasantly surprised! Had to call AAA, I was stuck in a snowbank on Grafton Street, I had swerved to avoid someone coming in the opposite direction on my side of the street--the driver was quick, efficient, we only waited about 20 minutes from the time of our call, and he got me out of that snowbank in less than 5 minutes!
