Customer Reviews
been taking my vehicles here for over 15 years. they are amazing! they are so amazing that they're frequently booked up and i have to schedule my oil changes at least a week out. they are very, VERY fair. i had a an issue once and they couldn't do it- it had to be done by dealer- but they didn't even charge me for looking at it. they are straightforward and won't try to scam you, or get you to buy something more expensive or something you don't really need. an honest mechanic! Mark is the best!
I found Pats tire to have poor communication, high prices and no solutions. Spent $750 on inner tie rods and alignment, drove the truck to work the next day. Steering was loose, unresponsive and pulling to the right. There were no steering issues before Pats repairs. Brought the issue to their attention and the owner Steve said he would follow up with me on Monday. That did not happen. So now I’m forced to pay another shop to do the same work I’ve already paid for. Wasted 5 trips to their shop and $500
Took my 97 Silverado to Pat's Tire & Auto Repair for driver side lock issues. They fixed it and for a very reasonable price. Extremely nice people, went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
I always have wonderful service from Pat's Tire and Auto! I take both of my cars here for tires, batteries, brakes and mechanical issues. These folks are very nice and knowledgeable and Steve, the manager, is very professional. I highly recommend them!
This was my second experience with these folks. The first time I inquired about a simple service in person and was given attitude and over pricing. This time I thought I'd give them a try for another simple fix. I asked for a quote for 2 ignition coil replacements. This is less than an hour labor and at most the parts cost about 150 retail from Autozone. I was quoted over $500! Simply outrageous! I'm thankful for that as it inspired me to order 4 coils from Amazon for under $50 and with the help of YouTube they were installed in under an hour total.
