Paul Almeida 24 Hour Towing Inc. & Mass Inspection Station

Big shout out to Paul Almedia and his crew at for carefully and artfully extracting my brand new truck from my driveway. Three days after I took delivery of my (new to me) truck, it lost all communication with the key fobs. The truck could not be started. The truck could not be put in neutral. The trucks front wheels were locked hard left where I parked up against our stone wall. Billy from the Almeidas worked a miracle getting a dolly under the front wheels in very constrained circumstances. You could see him working the angles and doing geometry in his head to safely get my truck out and back to the dealer for service. Thank you Paul. Thank you Billy. Props and thank you to John (AKA Chicken) who did the initial survey to make this happen.

We are an elderly couple that had their vehicle towed in Plymouth near Plymouth Rock. We had no phones and little cash, Paul Almeida trusted us to return and we did. No one wants to be towed but his kindness was much appreciated.

I see all these other reviews, but all I can say is it went fine for me. In and out for an inspection in less than 20 minutes. Less than a mile from the Plymouth RMV.

It was my first time towing with these guys. They told me it will take 1 hour in the morning for the tow and almost took 3 and half hours to do it. I understand it was busy for you guys but the girl on the phone was rude once I called her after a while when the tow truck gonna come over to take the car. Second the truck driver was so rude with us. We were confused by the situation over there time and again. I know there might be some issues but I’m paying you guys for the towing I’m not doing that for free.

Your flatbed driver clearly needs to be taught how to drive and not cut others off and proceed to give the middle finger.
