Paul Pratt Service and Towing

Great help was kind, friendly, and very helpful. Got me a tow and tires and was back on the road the next day. Would highly recommend.

My work truck broke down on side of highway and thankfully Paul was able to help me out and give me a tow! Super nice guy ,great service and he was personable as well! Hopefully nobody ever breaks down but if you do call him he's great !

Integrity. My wheel bearing blew hundreds of miles from home — where my brother’s shop is. Paul was able to tow my truck and get it fixed that day. I received the same family like service that I’m used to. Also, I noticed poor reviews from others waiting on a tow….. I understand your vehicle broke down and you’re frustrated, but you’re not the only person that needs service that day - be patient, you’re next on their list. Highly recommend this shop.

I had to get a tow for my car about 10miles away. I called them on a Friday about 5:30PM and I asked if they could get there in 1.5hrs. I got there about 10 minutes early and they called me said they'd there about 5 minutes early. which was great. The driver was great and I didn't realize I had a tow bar on my car so it wouldn't ruin my underside of the car. He towed back to a shop in Canton and was done in 45minutes. Great Job!

Camping nearby and we smelled propane and couldn’t pinpoint where was coming from. The campground said Paul Pratt advertises in their flyer so they recommended I call them. I called they said it would be a couple hours before someone could come out about four hours later very nice gentleman came out was here about 15 minutes and all it was was a stuck valve on the RV stove didn’t have to replace any parts and called his boss to find out how much he should charge us and handed us a card and said call him directly. When we called he told us it was $175 for 15 minutes work and no parts replaced. I expected to pay a premium for someone to come out and take a look at it but that’s ridiculous gouging people. Shame!!!! I would never recommend them to anyone for their services.
