I drove my car off a used car lot and immediately noticed crusted buildup in several interior areas and a lingering odor. I contacted Paul’s Austin Mobile Detailing, explained these issues clearly, and was quoted for an interior deep detail and ozone treatment. I specifically mentioned the crusted-on areas and the odor as the main reasons for booking. After the first service, the odor was still present and several crusted areas were untouched. I was under the impression that a “deep detail,” as it was promoted to me, would include cleaning the seats and carpets, which was not done. I spoke with the owner, and a technician was sent out a second time. While a few small items were addressed, multiple crusted areas were still missed, and the ozone treatment did nothing to improve the odor. Som

We were relocating cross country to Georgetown. After driving a rented moving truck pulling a trailer with my golf cart on it for two days through rain showers and road grime, the cart was filthy. I was putting it into a storage unit while our house is being build and needed to get it clean before storing. No water or electricity was available so found Paul’s Mobile Detailing. They came to the storage unit, fully self contained and detailed my cart. Jordan was the tech who showed up on time, well prepared, very polite and respectful. Did I mention this was over New Years and I only had a 2 day window? Kane was able to get us on the schedule and Jordan complete the task at hand. Would highly recommend Paul’s and will use them again once we get settled into our new home.

They did an amazing job detailing my 2023 Toyota Tacoma. Their attention to detail is top-tier—they didn’t miss a single nook or cranny, and the truck looked better than the day I bought it. You can really tell they take pride in their work and don’t rush the process. Communication was super easy from start to finish, which made the whole experience stress-free. They were professional, friendly, and very responsive, and they made sure everything was done exactly how I wanted. I’ll definitely be using them on a monthly basis to keep my vehicle looking great without risking scratches from automatic car washes. I had a great experience with Paul’s detailing service! They were super communicative. I got reminders for my appointment and updates on the tech’s ETA for arrival, which I really appreciated. They worked efficiently and my car looks fantastic inside and out. The only small thing I noticed was a few streaks left on the windows, but overall they did an awesome job. I’d definitely use them again!

I was referred by a friend to get a detail done by these guys. I spoke with Kane on the phone and getting what I wanted set up was very seamless. They got the detail done the next day! Jordan showed up to detail my brother’s car. 7 years of pet hair, dirt, and grime in the car and Jordan got the car looking squeaky clean. Thanks guys! 10/10 would recommend!
