Paul's Auto Mechanic and Used Car Sales

I had an issue with my vehicle early afternoon .I called Paul's auto, told to bring it in, I Dropped off , he had it repaired really early the next morning. Great job. Thank you all very much I highly recommend,

I was traveling through town from Pennsylvania on my way to taking my daughter to summer camp when suddenly I had a warning come on in my car despite the fact that my hometown mechanic had checked my car before we left. I called a bunch of places who seemed too busy to help, but this place told me to stop by. As soon as we pulled in, they instantly helped me and checked my car. They reset the computer and topped off my oil. They were very friendly and kind.

Total rip off. In for a sticker knew I needed a front brake done but rest of the truck was good. They gave me a list of things to do for the sticker there. Long story short they took a running board that was in the back that they were going to mount and junked it on me over priced brake job so many things I walked. Went to next garage and they were honest with the sticker, all needed was the brake job, however the price is twice what it should be. Paul's left a bad taste my mouth.

Got an inspection sticker there. When i got my car back the check engine light was still on. They where suppose to fix the brakes they still feel the same car is running funny they were suppose to fix that. And there is a clunk in the front wheel well also not fixed. The icing on the cake is they got grease on the inside of my car door,visor,seat,stearing wheel thanks guys

had the worst experience here!! brought my car here 3 times for the same issue and it still hasn’t gotten fixed. horrible customer service, they had my car forever and they also didn’t keep me in the loop about what was going on. if you want something done right NEVER come here.
