I called Paul’s Automotive on a Friday to see if he could get my Mercedes in for service and due to a check engine light coming on. He got me in early the following Monday. After only a minute of opening the hood he identified an issue that I hadn’t even noticed. He had me leave the car and called me within an hour to let me know the issue I initially had and the source of the oil leak he had initially noticed. Ordered the parts I needed and in a couple of days he got me up and running. I live in Ocean Shores, so making sure my car is running great is essential. I would highly recommend Paul and his incredible automotive knowledge. Also found out he’s a fellow New Yorker, which is a major plus.

Paul is a great mechanic. Very honest and hard working and goes the extra mile to help out customers. Other family members have used him in emergency cases where he went above and beyond to get them the service needed and back on the road again.

Paul took my suburban in, knowing the pressure would be on, as i had limited time to get home for work. After finding bigger problems than id initially thought, he adapted on the fly, and jumped every hurdle placed in his path. I promptly drove it 17hrs to get home, without so much ss a hiccup. Runs better than it did the 16k miles after id had a remanufactured engine installed by another mechanic. Cut me a break where he could, and got me home. literally cant thank him enough!

I called Paul, I told him I needed a new alternator in my 2014 Jeep Patriot. He quoted me over the phone with a fair and reasonable price. I asked when he was available to do it, and he got me in the next morning and was finished installing it by 1pm that day. His prices are fair and he's an honest mechanic that I trust. I usually do all the work on my own vehicles. I consider myself mechanically inclined. I did some research and YouTube research on how to tackle my alternator replacement and it was way too much work to do on my own with no lift. Paul had it done in a few hours! I would highly recommend Paul for any of your car needs.
