Paul worked my vehicle in and got it fixed right away within a reasonable time frame. His work is always good. He let's me know what the cost is going to be before doing the work and he is honest with me. He does not do work that is not needed just to make more money. His prices are reasonable. You get what you pay for.

I have been bringing my cars here for many years. The service is always excellent and honest. This time the repair cost was very low…turned out to be a small problem. The office staff and service team are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I appreciate that there is a place I can feel comfortable about bringing my car in to be repaired.

After keeping my truck for months and $1700 later, my truck still does not work Did not work when i drove it out the parking lot. Took the truck for fear they would keep finding fake fixes and continue to charge more. . Next step small claims court. All trust in this company has been lost! Be careful they will change parts not fix the problem and the bill will continue to grow.

Had a big issue with my Dodge Ram truck. Not everyone works on Dodge Ram vehicles. Paul’s Automotive have very competent mechanics and they saw the job through. I have been looking here in Mobile Alabama for honest reliable repair shop for my vehicles. So happy I have found this shop. Very friendly and well kept shop , it’s no wonder they have been in business for 35 years. They stand behind their work and like I said very competent men working for them. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone in need of car or Truck issues…

Brought my husband's truck here for a cam timing replacement. Ended up needing a new engine because they put a faulty filter in. Employees were rude throughout the entire process. Initial work that was supposed to take 1-2 weeks ended up taking 2 months. Paul's refused to refund the faulty work and took another 2 months to file the claim with insurance to allow us to replace the motor. Over all, 10/10 would not recommend this shop to my greatest enemy.
