Paul is the most honest mechanic I've ever had. He and his son are *really good people.* The last time I was there he called me the next morning, apologized for accidentally overcharging me $25, and followed up to make sure I was going to get new tires ASAP because bad weather was in the forecast. Just amazing. You guys are awesome.

My window would not close...seemed to be off track. Rain storm and hail coming..my neighbor has used Paul for many years and referred me because we are seniors and she trusted him to do me right. He assesed problem quickley and unfortunately had to refer me to Kia dealer for repair. No charge (he got window up and taped it even) I was very happy with the extra kind service I recieved being new in town. Thank you Paul and son !!!!

Paul was amazing. I came in with no appointment. We got stranded in town and needed help. He looked at my van immediately, diagnosed what was wrong and referred me to the right mechanic in town. I tried to pay him for his time but he refused to take it. Seriously you don't find quality people like Paul very much anymore. Would highly recommend!!

Fantastic, honest, quick service. He and his son went the extra mile. I was traveling from Oregon to Arizona and broke down 20 miles outside of Susanville late Sunday, got a tow to Paul's shop the next morning. He contacted me later with the damages. The labor and parts were unbelievably reasonable fair and honest. He sent his son to our motel to pick us up the next morning. And we were on the road again. Will plan on having work done there next time I am passing through town. Eric Wier

He helped me get back on the road fast after I spent 5 days trying to get towed from progressives tow service. Bad experience to say the least . Once susanville tow got me covered Paul had me on the road the next day. A big THANK YOU to susanville tow and Paul's automotive.
