Paul's Car Care Center - Dorchester Rd

I had a flat tire and didn’t even realize it. I stopped by Paula Car Care Center just hoping to get some air, but they went above and beyond — they changed my tire completely and even checked out my car at no charge. These guys are truly the best. They genuinely care about people, and honesty is definitely their thing here. I worked with Cliff, who changed my tire, and Dave, the manager, was amazing too. Highly appreciate them. Good people doing great work. Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing! I've been coming for 20+ years and they always take such great care of us! Most places lose their credibility under new management however they just seem to keep improving. Absolutely recommend. 🥰

I have used the shop many times for oil changes and repairs. They are honest, fast and absolutely fair priced. They have 100% earned and worked for a long relationship! Update ... the more I utilize this shop the happier I am. From management to mechanic they are 100% solid.

My husband and I both have been bringing our cars here for almost 2.5 years. Service is consistently friendly and quick and they do great work. My first visit here I thought I needed an alignment and they actually brought me back to show me what the actual issue was, which was cheaper than an alignment. They could have charged me the extra and I would have never know. The techs are always honest and fair. I've dropped off my car and sat and waited both and they always finish quickly when I drop off and prioritize my car and provide updates when I sit and wait. I always have something great to say when leaving their shop and am grateful to have found someplace we like so much after looking for 4 years.

John is so amazing and has such a great wit and sense of humor which helps when you are panicking about car trouble! I work in customer service and today I had the best service I have received in years. -Amy with the Kia Soul :)
