From the first phone call the customer service was superior. Spoke with John in Hamden he gave me the total price which was more than responsible. Technician Nate was on time and did a great job in about 1/2 hour. Highly recommended. Thank you for excellent service.

John was very quick with getting my windshield and rear glass set up for the next morning and communication was great on their end, however once I received my vehicle, there was glass shards on every outside surface as well as broken pieces all over every part of the inside of my car, including the trunk, in between the seats, and all over my belongings. I mentioned I was planning on moving out of state so there was some stuff on the floorboards of my vehicle so with all the shards, it took me an hour and a half- top to bottom to vacuum and clean the pieces of glass at a car wash. I am thoroughly annoyed as I cut my hand on a small piece while cleaning, not to mention I had to postpone my send off departure time due to this inconvenience. Very friendly and professional. The technician serviced my car quickly and even transferred any stickers I had in my old glass to the new glass. Pricing is significantly better than big competitors like Safelite. I will be recommending to my friends and family.

Thanks a ton to the staff at Payless Auto! The team was very knowledgeable and clearly knew what they were talking about when it came to my vehicle. Pricing for the window repair was fair and reasonable, and their professionalism really stood out. I do wish some of the leftover glass from the old window had been cleaned out, but overall I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them.

They made a very annoying situation (passenger window broke) and made it less stressful..I pay attention to how I'm treated when I call an establishment and they were very nice and helpful, even informed me they have the service that can come to me which helped as I have a toddler and husband was at work.. The tech who came out was very nice, on time and professional. We even had a small conversation once he was done....Would definitely recommend to others based on my experience with them :)
