Payless Car Rental

Trying to get to a funeral. Scheduled to pick up a car at the Orlando airport. Delta flights had all been delayed, and now arrived to no one working at the counters for Payless. Went to first counter and found a sign to go to another counter. No one there either!! Thank God for the man from Avis. Had to go through the whole process of getting another car. Never did get to the funeral!!

I rented from here twice in a month both times were last minute & the process went very smooth for both also the customer service was professional and friendly cars were both clean and exceeded our expectations I appreciated the 5 star experience not Once but Twice with Payless Car Rental!! Thank you!

The counter agent and car itself were great, but this company is a scam. When I went to pick up my reserved vehicle, they required added hidden fees and insurance, even though I have rental coverage through my own insurance company. My insurance has always been accepted at other rental agencies (Budget, Enterprise, etc.) It was too late to change to another rental company through my travel servce, and I ended up paying almost double what I had reserved the car for. The cost was greater with "Payless" than it would have been elsewhere. Buyer beware.

I had to call 3 times from the airport. Took an hour to get picked up by the shuttle. The car was dented and dirty. The inside was filthy and smelled terrible. There is a system warning light on and just plain Gross! Disgusting and it was $800 so not cheap either.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had renting a car! I rent cars all the time and this particular branch stands head and shoulders above any other car rental agency I have ever rented at.I have rented here many times and without exception the service is impeccable and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Jessie (the manager) is super attentive to customers needs and this positive attitude trickles down to the entire team there. I would recommenced them to anyone looking to rent a car in the area, you will not be disappointed!
