Payless Car Rental

I made a reservation and came to pick up the vehicle the Rep was courteous and polite and to me that stains in the seat would not come out that they were aware of it,my thing is this if there is anything wrong with the vehicle change it out don't send it out with a customer, that represents you as a company this vehicle should have sent to a Auto detail shop I was chrunched for time I hand a very important medical appointment the next morning we used towels and blankets to sit on and place our luggage on just wrong for Payless car rental to allow this I am saving the pic's and take this to who ever needs to know how they are being represented

I booked a car rental the same day through a 3rd party. I called Payless after booking to confirm the car would be available when I landed the same day and they confirmed that the car was available for me after paying more than $400 to reserve the car. Once I arrived, Payless stated that there was no car available to rent. Three days later still no refund. Please save yourself the time and use another company.

TERRIBLE...if I could give them less than a one star I would. I tried to call Wichita KS location direct to make changes; called 40 plus times...no answer. when I got their in person, this was a quiet place and reps were sitting with their cell phones appeared with nothing to do. They told me you could have dialed the direct line. I told them "I did and no one is answering". This is the first and last time I will ever use 'payless car rental'. I guess like the name itself you payless and you get less. Terrible horrifying experience. Never again. If you don't want to do business get out of the business.

My company paid for a car rental for me to pick up at 11pm. They closed at 11pm so I couldn't get my vehicle. So, I had to pay $100 for an UBER. Call next morning to check if the car is still available. They told me yes, my reservation is still active, and I can pick it up until midnight. Paid another $100 to an UBER to pick up the rental car. They told me that they don't have cars to rent for the week... So now I have to pay another $100 to return to where I was this morning. Why could I pay if there are no cars? Why could I reserve if there are no cars? Why did I receive a confirmation number if there are no cars?! Thanks for letting me Carless, Payless.

I reserved a Van January 19th for March 16th. They informed me less than 24 hours that they rented out my vehicle to a walk-in customer. Sadly they were unable to rectify their mess up because there was no other family sized vehicles available. Of course it’s Spring Break and the prices are through the roof for last minute car rentals.
