This 5-star review is not based on the vehicles or the sales process, but on how an issue was handled. My daughter and I had the opportunity to speak with the owners, Debbie and Robin, this morning regarding a problem with a recent purchase my daughter made. They were both in the office, listened thoughtfully, and addressed the situation immediately. They were professional, courteous, and genuinely personable, and the issue was resolved without hesitation. It’s clear they value integrity and are committed to carrying on the strong legacy their father built.

Philip was the best! He was understanding, honest, and accommodating! He made me feel respected as a customer and was able to make the best deal for me that suited my budget. Pearl Motors gave me a chance when I needed it the most! I will be purchasing with them again in the future! Thank you Pearl Motors and God Bless!

Very dissatisfied with my purchase. I was not able to pick what I wanted was told I had to buy an unclean , broken parts inside car was promised to but never did. Was treated like second rate class. Phillip light is not the man to buy from. I wouldn’t waste my time or money there

I would like to thank Shannon Grace a sale person at Pearl Motors. He help me get something that I like and went over and beyond to help me. I was with a pervious sale person at first but I wasn’t getting any where with him.
