I had an amazing experience here at this shop. I have a nonprofit and we were in dire need of a vehicle and I found a last-minute deal at a dealership but needed a second opinion. I talked to Jasen and his crew and told him my situation and they got me in right away. They did a full inspection on the vehicle and gave me a hell of a deal! They were quick, understanding and did a great job! Amazing work and amazing people.

I’ve been taking my cars and trucks to Pearl Street Garage for over 20 years. The techs are amazing at their work and at being human! They are supportive in walking through “must do” vs “good idea” services, explaining outcomes of various services, and being upfront about costs. They form relationships with owners, and I always walk out with a perfectly fixed car and a greater understanding of how things work. I am grateful for the team and won’t take my vehicles anywhere else.

I brought my car to Pearl Street Garage for a routine oil change. They recommended a steam and dye test for a potential transmission leak, which I agreed to. After the recheck, I was told there was a minor leak and was quoted $4,757.78 for repairs, primarily to replace the transmission output shaft seal and transfer case input shaft seal, along with a transmission service and transfer case drain and fill When I asked questions about the severity, urgency, and labor involved, the experience quickly became condescending and pushy. I was repeatedly asked why I wasn’t scheduling immediately, despite explaining this was a major financial decision and that it was one week before Christmas, with plans to drive about 1,100 miles for the holidays.
