Pelican Zone - New Orleans Auto Glass, Tint & Windshield Repair

Pelican Zone was excellent. After a window break in I arrived the same day and within an hour my truck was clean and ready. The staff were great, and I immediately trusted them. I highly recommend PZ Auto and it was a breath of fresh air over safelight and other area car shops (not to mention my Toyota dealer..). I will consult with them from now on before I need any type of work on my vehicles in New Orleans

This business is completely unprofessional and unorganized. When we called ahead, the person on the phone told us to come whenever we were on the way and to call before arriving. We did exactly that, and they said, “come on.” But when we got there, they suddenly told us we’d have to wait two hours because they were “fixing something right now.” It was clear the person on the phone was giving false or misleading information. On top of that, they insisted on cash only, which felt very sketchy and untrustworthy. The whole situation seemed suspicious and poorly handled. 🚫 Do not do business with this company. This shop did great work for both my passenger window and replacement of my windshield. Service was fast, and a fraction of the price that these other shops charge for the same services provided here. I would easily return if I needed more repairs. 5 out of 5.

I had my windshield chip fixed in less than 20 minutes. The worker and owner were both super sweet and accommodating. Very reasonable prices.

Quick and fast and there are very nice people , I've gotten tires and my front windshield and side window replaced, good service great quality items
