I give them 0 stars! Went to get an oil change and they drained all my transmission fluid and put new oil on top of old oil. It was undrivable and had to get it towed from their shop to the dealership. Took the owner 4 days to contact me and when she finally did she told me to learn how to change my own oil. I had to fight for days to get them to pay for the repairs.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation on January 13th, 2025. At the time everything was quick and fast no problems at all. On March 7th, 2025 I bought some tires to install on my car. Took the car too Discount Tire in Fayetteville, and replaced the front tires with no problem at all. The back tires could not be replaced due to studs and lug nuts being overtightened or stripped. I took my car back too Pembroke Fast Lube, and had them check the tires as well. There was 2 lug nuts on the driver side and 1 lug nut on the passenger side that would not even move. The office manager relied my information to the owner, and after a couple days I decided to call the shop. They told me the owner would not pay to replace due to other customers having other issues that they are forking out to repla
