Scott's Tire Pros & Service Center

I took my Toyota Tacoma here with 160k miles for an oil change. That same week the engine blew up because it didn’t have oil. When I inspected it immediately after it blew up oil had been leaking from the oil filter and oil was everywhere in the engine bay. I towed it to Scott tires and they said it wasn’t there fault and recommend me to an engine repair place. I towed it to a different mechanic than who Scott recommended and that mechanic told me it was 100% Scott’s tires fault. No other mechanic would even look at it in the area to avoid drama since Scott was running for a political position in the county. The mechanic that did look at it said he wanted to stay anonymous but that he no longer saw oil leaking so his assumption was when I took it back to Scott’s tires they fixed the cause

I love Scott’s tires and highly recommend them! They are friendly and very southern comfort type of business you walk in and start talking and feel like you’re at home. I have trusted them for years on all my vehicles that aren’t under dealer contracts that you have to carry to the dealer for service. I think they need to improve on parking space and I have had my oil overfilled once or twice so they need to make sure that doesn’t happen! Other than those things this is a perfect business Thank you sincerely for great service!

They offered Fast friendly service when my daughter was in need. She’s a new student at UNCP but they made us feel comfortable, which is hard to do when you don’t know the area. One of the team members went above and beyond to find the true problem with my daughter’s tires “Thank you sir with Ginger beard”. The price was affordable with an incredible staff, I would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had to write this even though my husband told me not to write it but the other day we took our vehicle there my husband said he knew the owner for years and he was a good guy I have to say no he isn't. I had to share this, my husband so upset after coming out of there he was very angry at Scott the owner and the place as we had quarter hoe flat on the sidewall of our tire coming home out of Rayford which we had to fill up air 2 to 3 times to get just even to Pembroke we could have made it to the place that I told my husband to take it to on 5th Street which had tires could have got a tire replacement but my husband wanted stop at Scott tires. After leaving the car there at 2:00 and returning at 5:00pm they claim they couldn't get it done that day after leaving it there for 3 hours cuz they
