Penguin Auto Rentals

The woman at the front desk was rude and unfriendly. The cars are not new. She wanted insurance for my car which I didn't have. As a result, I was late for my appointment to the dentist.

Mike, Lisa, Debbie, Tony, and Stephanie make you feel like family as you walk in the door. They also treat you like family by getting you a great car at a great price. Why go to the giant companies making the rich richer? Why not support a local family business?! Not only did they let me return my car early when my plans changed but they also gave me a reimbursement for the days I wouldn’t have the car. I had an issue with my credit card showing the reimbursement as a charge and was treated with patience and fairness that no, they did reimburse me, please wait. They were right and the issue was with my credit card company, not Penguins. I used my insurance to save money and they didn’t try to say something was needed to use my insurance to pay for it, as I have heard other bigger companie

The owners were incredibly nice and helpful. I got a rental the same day and was able to return it the next day after my vehicle was completed from another local shop. I rented a compact that was awesome one gas, super clean and smoke free ! The price was reasonable and I didn't have to rent for a minimum (paid for 4 days refunded for the days I didn't need it). I would recommend this place to anyone that asked. They even offered to drop me off at the local mechanic shop so I didn't have to walk.

I was in need of a car fast. My truck is in the shop, it was an emergency situation to keep me and the family going, work and such. Penguin is great they have better rates than the big rental companies, a good variety of vehicles, are helpful and friendly. Thank you so much. I would definitely give them a recommendation over the big companies.

Van was ready when i arrived and freshly washed. Very clean inside and smelled great. Toney was very courteous and helped me get on my was. Offers a Great 14 passenger van for team building trips!
