The entire staff was very professional and polite. However, none like Mr. Juan Feliciano. Mr. Juan was very attentive when I first went to inquire about my car situation and he explained the process thoroughly. It was that type of customer service that prompted me to choose Rocco’s in Pennsville. Once I dropped of my car at the shop, Mr. Juan Feliciano kept me informed of each of the steps and promised me that my car was in good hands. I highly recommend this collision shops and it will be my preferred shop as long as Mr. Juan Feliciano is there. Thanks

The whole repair process was excellent and they made it very easy. Dropped keys off on Monday and was finished on Friday morning, earlier than promised. Was not estimated to be completed until Wednesday of next week. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend to anyone requiring collision repairs.

I highly recommend Rocco’s Repair Shop on Hook Rd. My husband had hit a deer & they repaired his vehicle. Deer had caused a lot of front damage & to the hood & driver door. Car came out looking brand spanken new & they even washed & buffed it. They had it completed a week ahead of estimated time. Easy to deal with & customer service is great. You can get a rental car at Enterprise delivered right there for your convenience.
