My car unfortunately needed a tow due to a tire issue, but this shop and Dan turned a stressful situation into a great experience. They were amazing—getting my car in for service much faster than I anticipated. The team was incredibly kind and explained every step of the repair process thoroughly. As someone with limited car knowledge, I truly appreciated feeling well-cared for. Dan provided honest, transparent advice, clearly distinguishing between immediate necessities and future recommendations, all without any of the typical "sales behavior" often found at other shops. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy automotive service.

I am incredibly grateful to Penn Auto for their integrity, kindness, and expertise. I have had more than one occasion where I left without spending money, once because they told me that the repair suggested by another mechanic was not urgent and another time because they fixed an issue for free. Once over the summer, the co-owner Dan even personally drove around with me as I tried to replicate a clicking sound. It's increasingly difficult to find this kind of service, and I am just truly grateful.

I got my appointment set up with the owner. He is considerate, direct, professional, and patient when describing what all needs to be done. They do the work that you said is an issue, and needs to be fixed, nothing more like other mechanics who try to rip you off. I had a pleasant experience and will be coming back! They are always busy and fast paced, and still got my service done the same day. I definitely recommend going to his shop to get your vehicle maintenance done. They are on my speed dial, Thanks Dan!
