Very fair and honest place to do business if you're looking for a decent reliable car at a good price definitely would refer them to anybody really honest about what you buy I try to work with you not a common finding you find when dealing with sports cars that was really helpful and generous

1 start........... on 04/05/19 I bought A 2013 BMW X3, and on 04/09/19 the check engine light went on, I took my car to the dealer, they told me that they would turn off the check engine light, but this is the date 05/10/19 that they could not turn off the light of the check engine, they told me that if the car had a problem before three days of purchase they can change my car but have to be mechanical, but as the light of the check engine turned on after 4 days, They did not want to change my car, they just told me that I have to trade in my car and pay $3500 for down payment. REALLY< OH NOOOOO I CAN WITH THIS CAR, I HAVE ONE MONTH WITH THE CAR AND ONLY BEEN IN MY HAND FEW DAYS!!!!!!! TRASHHHHHH

My fiance and I very recently purchased a 2018 Ford Transit van here. The salespeople were very helpful in locating this specific vehicle and took the time with us in answering all our questions. The vehicle had some cosmetic issues which were addressed by the service department with no add on cost to us. The sales staff were great and did not confront us with high pressure buy today tactics.

Love my experience here! It was my first time getting a car on my own and Edna was so friendly and patient with me. Tim and Doug were helpful with the budget I was going for and we were able to get the car I wanted for a price I could afford. Owning my own car has always been a dream of mine and I’m so glad I came to Penn Auto to finally make that dream happen.
