I just went there for service for a company vehicle on a warranty item. I was speaking with a young service writer and he tells me they need the car for a couple of hours, that's two hours where I come from, he then proceeds to tell me that's 3 to 4 hours, wait what. Needless to say I was done talking with him because of you can't even count two hours then I'm wasting my time, then Robert comes into the picture. This gentlemen is #1 in my books, listens to my concerns and handles the situation, thank you sir for your attentiveness and kindness and agreeing that a couple of hours is 2, not 3 or 4 hours. Heck according to the first guy let's just call it what we want and change all the vocabulary. Once again thank you Robert Wright for your help today.

Very disappointed! 😞 I scheduled an appointment but wasn't able to pick a time so 7am it was. I was also notified while scheduling that someone would contact me prior to my appointment. No one ever called 🥺. So I go to my scheduled appointment only to discover that they're backed up so I'd need to leave my car for a few days and find a ride home since they had no courtesy loaner vehicles. Had someone called me, I could've been notified in advance and not be caught off guard once I got there for my appointment. I never go to the dealer but decided I would this time. Now I have another reason to avoid the dealer or at least this dealership. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth. There was one positive, the person that was helping me was professional and kind.

Took my car in on a Monday at 11:30 for an oil change and power steering service and diagnostic review. Was told it would take 2 days which meant Wednesday. I called on Tuesday to find out the status and cost of repairs and was told that the car would not be ready until the end of the week, although the oil change had been done. "they ran into a snag and were under construction". The service here is getting more and more horrible. Last year when I brought my car in for an oil change it took 3 hours. I really miss Fred.

This place is amazing! I bought my "Caddy" 6 mos ago. I stopped in to get a little help with all of my new "gadgets". My salesman Philip happened to be there. He remembered who I was. LOVE this! Now THAT'S what I call customer service! Yup, they will have me as a customer for many years!
