Penske Truck Rental

I am currently sitting at Penske of Asheville on Sardis road I have a rented 16 ft truck #33527 with a liftgate on it and drove it from Asheville to Swannanoa. At that point we had it loaded with six pallets of supplies to go to the mountains relief effort. Long story short, I got brought back to Asheville by a wrecker because the left front tire was split and bulging and shaking The brake pedal went to the floor in traffic The brake pressure light came on on the dash and it VIOLENTLY SHAKED when the brakes are applied. Penske of Asheville on Sardis drive district manager nor service manager, nobody would lend a hand transferring my cargo to another truck. Given the vehicle that I was rented the first time wasn't worthy to be on the road by no stretch of the imagination. They will not

This was my first time using Penske and I must say, they have an amazingly professional, capable, helpful, and friendly staff, especially Angela in Franklin, North Carolina, and Taylor in Asheville, North Carolina. I highly recommend you choose this company over the competition, and if you are fortunate enough to be helped by either of these women, you will surely see what I mean.

Can't complain about nothing. Guys were very courteous and repairs to my truck was pretty swift. No problem getting a sub till my truck was repaired. A+ Penske
