I rent over 50 commercial vans per year for FedEx. This location started out great but vans have gotten worse and worse. The Local staff are misleading and give the run around. Broken keys have caused multiple vans to be rendered unusable and the local office is zero help in making things right. I will be discontinuing use of Penske thanks to this location.

This was my first time ever using Penske. Victoria was amazing and provided denomínale customer service. She explained everything in detail and went over everything to make sure it was to my satisfaction. I’ll definitely be coming back and referring and my friends and family to ask for Victoria.

This place is a joke. The customer service worker Victoria is extremely hard to deal with and is absolutely no help. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Our vehicle died coming home from vacation and I found myself stranded with a pregnant wife and two little kids in Farmington, NM. No other car rental places in town had vehicles available, oddly enough. Called Vick (Victoria) and told her the situation. She said she had a van that had come in, but wasn’t cleaned out yet. I told her I’d take it and she made it happen. This was near closing time, so she ultimately ended up staying way late to clean out the van and get it turned over to us so we could get back on the road. Great service, cool van—Thanks, Vick!
