Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a business. I booked **two separate appointments on two different days** through their online scheduling system. Both were confirmed. Both times I showed up on time. And both times I was turned away because they were “overbooked.” That’s not bad luck — that’s completely disorganized and disrespectful of customers’ time. If you can’t manage your schedule, don’t offer online booking. Confirming appointments and then refusing service when people arrive is unacceptable. What made it worse was the manager’s attitude. We went to get what we thought was the starter replaced. 2 hours later got a call the car was ready. Went to pick it and we're told that the problem was a loose battery cable not the starter. Didn't have to replace it and the manager was very nice and informed. He checks his mechanics work. Would recommend.

The gentleman at the front desk was able to locate the tires that I had been looking for and was able to order them for me when other companies simply said that they were no longer being sold, or available. I would like to thank the Entire Crew for going above and beyond with helping me get my Mustang back on the road, with my safety in mind! :)))

My experience was not a very pleasant one, the only reason I gave two stars is because they were nice. My car was leaking antifreeze so I took it to pep boys. They did explain to me that they were very busy and shorthanded so it would take a while. I left the car there, they never called to let me know that they had finished, and really didn't do anything to the car. They told me that the radiator was leaking which I knew was not correct. So basically they kept my car all day and did nothing to it, and never called me to let me know anything. As it turned out the problem I had was with the water pump and not the radiator as they told me it was. I will never use this place again, if you're going to do work on a vehicle you need to get the diagnosis correct. I still had to pay for them looki

I am a pep boys regular but typically go see Mona over at Montano and coors but have moved and although skeptical I was unbelievably and pleasantly surprised that Paul and his boys matched Mona and her boys energy on point. Paul was absolutely incredible and made what was a stressful and upsetting situation so much easier and far less painless by doing everything they could to get my car taken care of as quickly as possible for a price that was within my budget and I was blown away and will be confident in trusting Paul and his boys with my car for many more years to come.
