Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Went in for a brake service evaluation (having already been to another shop). I called to discuss the options, talked to someone and felt comfortable and confident making a appt for an evaluations. Pep Boys conducted a thorough assessment, took the time to explain what was needed and expected costs. And their package was a much more comprehensive than what I was offered elsewhere and for a better cost! I had questions and they were patient with me to go through all of them. They completed the work in a much faster time that I expected. Making the appointment was easy. Vehicle Drop off and pick up the same. They contacted me by phone and text and left detailed messages (they were fast and informative in their communications). I will be returning for other service on my car.

I was driving from New York to Charlotte, NC coming back home from a funeral and my rear tire blew out. I called triple A and PepBoys and within about 1 1/2 - 2 hours I was towed there and had brand new rear tires and was back on my way home. I had my dog with me and they let me take him inside because I had no where else to leave him. They were extremely kind and helpful, and were as quick and efficient as they could be and the rest of the ride home was extremely smooth. Thank you Pepboys!

On a trip from Philadelphia back to Richmond the alternator went out in the van. I was driving. Had to spend the night in Annapolis and found the Pep Boys the very next morning to get the repair done. Devon and Quentin helped me out and got me back on the road within a matter of hours. Superb customer, service and quality of work is beyond reproach. is beyond reproach. I will forever be a Pep Boys customer and fan and will promote them to anyone I come in contact with that needs any automotive needs.

We were in a bind with a screw in the rear tire. We showed up and I mentioned I had a baby and dog in the car. They took me right away and we were back on the road for our trip within 45 mins. Impressed with the mechanics and quick service. They are under construction now but still gave us a place inside with air conditioning to wait for the replacement.
