Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I had an excellent experience at Pep Boys thanks to James! He changed my lightbulbs quickly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. James was extremely kind, honest, and professional, which is hard to come by these days. He took the time to help without trying to upsell anything and truly cared about doing the right thing. I really appreciate his great customer service and will definitely be returning because of him. Highly recommend!

5 stars because my car runs better than when I bought it. These guys definitely know what they are doing. So its worth the price they give. However they are not consistent with the prices. I was quoted different prices everytime I spoke with someone about the same thing. Im not sure if one was adding taxes when quoted or if the other wasn't. I definitely feel like they should get this organized because it looks like fake prices just being shot in the air.

I had to go here yesterday due to getting my first flat tire ever, upon entering the establishment I was greeted by 3 gentleman who came out to help me and I had explained to them what had happened and how this is the only location that had the tires for my vehicle. I had unfortunately mistaken the Pep Boys location that had them in stock as it was the one that was down the street. Joseph the manager without hesitation went to go get the tire for my car and that genuinely from the bottom of my heart meant a lot to me. While he got the tire Keliam and Nicholas spoke to me and kept me company and honestly they helped me keep calm and insured me the car is okay and it's only the tire. I had also mentioned to Keliam that 2 days prior i got my oil change down at another Pep Boys location and he

Andrew Hutchinson, your inability to effectively manage multiple locations and ensure consistent standards across each one is deeply concerning. A district manager should provide leadership, accountability, and timely resolution of customer issues — yet my experience shows a serious failure in all three areas. Ignoring customer concerns, especially involving large financial matters, reflects poor oversight and mismanagement at the district level. This situation should never have escalated due to lack of response.

Andrew Hutchinson, as District Manager, your failure to return my calls regarding a refund of over $1,000 is completely unacceptable. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter and have received no response, no follow-up, and no accountability. This level of customer service reflects poorly on Pep Boys and your leadership. I am requesting immediate communication and resolution of this issue.
