Two years ago they put 4 tires that I purchased online on my truck. I purchased the exact same tires again and took it to the same store but they have a different manager now. They pulled my truck into the shop and 15 minutes later told me they couldn't put the tires on because my truck was too heavy for their lift. I informed him it was too heavy last time so they used floor jacks. He said he wasn't comfortable doing that. I told him every other shop I took it to including this one has always used floor jacks. Again he said he wasn't comfortable. I rotate my own tires every 5000 miles because I drive 3500 miles a month and use two floor jacks. I had a ruptured tire on my farm in tenn Sunday afternoon and called them being the closest and one of the only places open. They told me to make it by 430 and they would help all they could. Made it on time. Come to find out I caught a nail in my spare tire. Instead of just putting me on the road they worked with me on getting me a decent tire to match my tires already on my truck. They were very upfront honest and very very pleasureable to deal with. Even with putting them nearly after hours they had me in and out within 20 minutes. Had to have my car towed because of a dead battery. I was 98% sure that was the problem. I used the online booking for towing and the first tow company assigned to me was in Huntsville and had no trucks available and was going to charge me $200.if and when they had come out. When I called they were nice enough to recommend a towing service closer to my home and less expensive The 2nd recommended towing company scheduled me and arrived when they said they would and got my car dropped off for my appointment. My problem was quickly diagnosed, repaired and ready for pickup in the time frame promised.

They were super patient with me, although I didn’t know what I was doing at all! They were so awesome! They did everything in a timely manner And made sure I felt comfortable waiting. They frequently communicated with me to let me know what was going on with my vehicle! LOVE PEPBOYS!!!
