Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Guys here were awesome. I got new tires at a good price. The tech explained the inspection report. Love that they provide this report & pictures of other problems that needs to be addressed. Would definitely recommend.

I was overly impressed with the service knowledge and care that Susan and the team displayed and taken care of my vehicle. I must admit, Pep Boys was not my first choice, but when I saw that they had the tires that I wanted online, I went there after booking an appointment online. The service at this particular, Pep Boys location was phenomenal and nothing short of the best service I think I've ever received from a CarCare facility.

Cooper went out of his way to cover all of my tire needs and was a huge help in getting the right size I was looking for. Keith did a phenomenal job with the install and balance even when he had a hard time with my low profile tires getting them off the wheels. His patience was beyond reproach. Great job overall and definitely would come back.

I ran into tire trouble at Cruising The Coast. I went to Peo Boy’s and they took great care of me at a very fair price.

I just moved to Biloxi from Atlanta. I was in automotive for over 20 years. Big 10 tires in Goodyear and a few others. I've been trying to find a mechanic for my van would not much luck I've talked to many shops in and around biloxi. Not happy with any. My neighbor recommended pepboys. Best decision ever. Friendly staff the cleanest shop I have ever seen.. t he Biloxi store will now service my van and anybody else I speak to that needs their car worked on. Very happy yay
