I’ve been struggling for a new reliable tire place since the move to town. I always avoided “big box” stores but this place is the best in town! The team stayed I was in good hands and whewww! They are the softest hands I’ve ever been in!! Will be back for my next set of rubbers since I been burning through the cheap ones so fast! These should last me a while…

I had a very positive experience with Pep Boys in Bossier City. The price was competitive and the time for installation was minimal. I liked the appointment process, which made the turnaround faster. Jacob was extraordinarily professional in handling all the components of the sale. Definitely will return for future services.

Pep Boys has done right by me and I've been using them for 10yrs since I moved to Bossier. Tilly, Jacob, and Seth always provide excellent customer service.

Went in for tires and alignment. Dont remember the gentleman's name but the bald guy was very professional and knowledgeable. Will buy my next set from here.

Absolutely terrible experience WILL NOT BE BACK, DO NOT RECOMMEND! Told me it would be an hour for an oil change and to check my tire alignment. IT TOOK 3 HOURS! Straight up lied to my face and wasted my time. Now I’m paranoid they were messing with my car since no oil change should take 3 hours! Jacob- thanks for nothing!!! Not to mention these trashy people stuck my previous oil change sticker to the bottom of my car door??? & didn’t replace it. This place should be shut down Their customer service is non existent. Prepared to be annoyed & ignored. There is a tiny waiting room here, their service is not worth the wait though.
