I want to start with how amazing the service was here. I live 45 minutes away and pass multiple Pepboys and other mechanic shops and continue taking that ride for all my service needs. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and professional answering every question I’ve had and making sure I understand everything. I’ve had issues with other pep boys locations but since I started coming to brick it has always been an outstanding experience because of Jake. Thank you Jake for helping me out greatly!

I had an amazing experience here at Pep boys. Jake the assistant manager was phenomenal! He is extremely knowledgeable and helped me out greatly with all the work that was needed on my car. He explained to me in such great detail everything that was going on with my vehicle and got me such a great deal on everything. I highly recommend coming here and seeing Jake !!!!

I’m not one for posting reviews but this one is definitely called for! Just warning you all about the Pep Boys on Brick Boulevard in Brick. Recently, my car had an oil change service there. A few days afterwards we noticed a gasoline odor and oil stains in my driveway. We opened the hood and saw that the oil cap was off and stuck on top of the radiator cover and checked the oil to see if there was any oil left and there was none. Oil has sprayed all over the engine. We called Pep Boys and they recommended that we have the car towed to their location. Pep Boys towing company towed for free up to 10 miles. Since it was late, they looked at the car the next morning. The service person had the engine cleaned and added oil. When we arrived to pick up the car, the service person denie

VERY SEXIST EMPLOYEE. I had a very awful experience at this Pep Boys. For reference I am a young woman and I went with my grandfather because I needed to replace a tire. I walked into the store and was immediately put off with the looks the men here gave me. One of the employees (didn’t get his name but he had an eyebrow piercing) eventually acknowledged me and I said I needed to replace my driver’s side rear tire. Very rudely and annoyed-sounding, the employee asked was size I needed. I forgot the exact measurements so I went back outside to check. Before I could even tell the employee the measurements, he came outside to check for himself while my grandfather stayed inside. I recently had a brake fluid exchange done and couldn’t be more satisfied. The price was fair and competitive compared to other shops in the area, which made it a great value. The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly, explained the process clearly, and answered all of my questions without rushing me. Best of all, the service was prompt. I was in and out quicker than expected, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend them for anyone needing a brake fluid exchange.
