They took the time to explain what my BMW needed and answered all of my questions clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary services. The tune-up was completed in a timely manner, and I could immediately feel the difference — my car is running smoother and more responsive. I had a great experience getting my smog check done thanks to Beto and Washburn. Beto was very helpful at the counter. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole check-in process quick and easy. Washburn handled the smoke check and did an excellent job. The whole process was fast and stress-free.
