I had an extremely negative experience at this location. I came in requesting a brake inspection and service, and I was told that I only needed rear brakes. After the work was completed, no alignment was provided. I was also advised that my shocks and struts needed replacement, but the shop removed my sport performance suspension components and replaced them with non-OEM parts. This significantly reduced the performance and handling of my vehicle, and I am now facing thousands of dollars to reinstall the correct components. Despite this, the shop has refused to acknowledge responsibility. In addition to the mechanical issues, my vehicle was returned to me in unacceptable condition. This location was great to work with, even though it was an extremely simple matter involving a rental car from enterprise. Enterprise sent us over to Pep Boys for new wiper blades as the ones on the car were completely damaged and not functional Pep Boys immediately put in their request enterprises. The only reason why the experience wasn’t great because they denied the claim even though they told us to go there after working with them, they’ve resubmitted it. Enterprise finally authorized the purchase, unfortunately over an hour had gone by so my partner was unable to get the wiper blade the same day however, Pep Boys was kind enough to allow me to pick them up on my partner’s behalf so that when he gets home from work, he has wiper blades installed tonight rather than having to wait unt

I went to Pep Boys today because my battery appeared dead or dying. They did a comprehensive charging system check that showed battery life at 37%. They quickly and efficiently installed a new battery. They did a comprehensive check of everything and had me on my way in no time flat. George, the service manager was the BEST. Cudos to George and the Pep Boys at the Clermont, Fl service center.

I recently visited this shop because my check engine light was on. I asked them to check it out. Unfortunately, after their diagnostic, I left with a bigger problem: the bottom of my car was falling apart—something that wasn't happening before. Another, better shop fixed it. The pictures show the pipe and bottom of the car not attached right. They put a stopper on my car where the pipe should connect, which made it hard to get gas (because after their diagnostic they didn’t take the pieces out such as the rubber stopper, or place things back the way they were) This was a bad experience. Don't go here. They can't be trusted and will cheat women who are alone. I won't tell anyone to go here.
