Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

So went here for a Diagnosis test for my vehicle I know it takes an hour so I get there. I tell him I am there for my appointment he is about to get started and then I tell him that it’s under warranty and they would just have to call the people. To get paid he then say it takes a hour and can’t not speed up the process which is fine there still open till late he then says that’s why they tell people to come in early it my take 24hours however I wasn’t told any of that which is even crazier becuase if I let them do it and then told them to call the people what would they have done ? Definitely avoid this place at all cost

Do not take your vehicle there for service. The customer service is awful. They are uninterested in your needs for auto service. Kenny needs to be fired as soon as possible. As for service, I took my truck there for an alignment. When I received my vehicle, it was worse than when I brought it in. My steering wheel was turned 10 degrees to the right and still pulling right as I’m driving straight. I took it back the next day and the only thing they corrected was the steering wheel. Keep in mind, they test drive my vehicle both times. I called to the business and told Kenny again that my vehicle is not aligned. His disposition was like, well ok, no regards to the customer’s dissatisfaction. A waste of time and money. If you need an alignment, take your vehicle to Fowler’s in Phenix City. The

Took my vehicle to Pep Boys for the first time and I must say, I was quite happy with results. Kayleigh was great. She was knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. Communication was great, always knew what was going on and all questions answered with confidence. Will continue to take my cars needs to them.

if you care about your car, your belongings, or basic human decency, do NOT take your vehicle to Pep Boys. my brother’s car was sitting there for over a month and within that time frame, a very sentimental necklace, something priceless and irreplaceable, along with gaming controllers are now gone. The store’s response? “We will look into it” Just completely brushing it off. We trusted them with the car and they’ve given us nothing but delay, negligence, and disrespect. now it has been over a month at this point, and last we heard it feels like they’re hoping we’ll give up so they don’t have to deal with it. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

This places sucks. There was one guy there that would actually tell us straight about what was happening and his name is Ivory. Ivory, this is not to you, but this was just a horrible experience with y’all for the past month. Husband took his challenger in there to get the ECM fixed/replaced.
