Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had with car service. Store manager Donovan Myers is an extreme disappointment. Took our car in for AC service. After 2 prior visits of having to take the car back cause it wasn’t fixed properly, was told we had to completely replace the AC for $2600. We did it. $1400+ in labor. Our car came back a disaster. Dirtier than it’s ever been before. Oil and grease stains everywhere. Items from glove box and center console strewn about the car. MAJOR damage to dash, radio, glove box, and a punctured door speaker. Mr. Myers took zero responsibility past sending some kid to vacuum it. He then proceeded to walk away during our conversation refusing to take responsibility. Corporate and legal have been contacted, but take your car anywhere but here.

NO THANKS. I called to get a quote and was on hold so long I hung up. Ended up driving to the location, but while I was being helped he took a phone call and left me waiting 15 min while he spoke with the man on the phone. Then I was given zero options on tires. He said this is the cheapest tire I have but I don't have it in stock. I didn't ask you for the cheapest tire. Can you let me decide what I want.. I asked for my keys, I'll go somewhere else. He wasn't rude but still poor customer service.

Came here for an oil change. I had about 45 minutes between appointments for my work day. I was told there was 'no wait' so I started the process to provide my info and key. After the process, the tech said it will be 'about an hour.' I said I thought there was no wait thinking an oil change takes 25-30. minutes....my mistake. He said an hour is the standard time to conduct an oil change and 30 point check. Ok, fine, I decided to wait and push back my next appt...24 minutes later and my car is still sitting in the parking space without being taken into the garage. I had to go. They did not apologize or provide an explanation. I believe I was told no wait to get my business in the hopes I would wait. Nope! My and the rest of your customer's time matters. I haven't stepped foot in a pep boys

I was in a last-minute pinch during a long road trip, but Donovan and the team at Pep Boys did a great job not only fixing my car, but doing it in a timely manner so we could get back on the road good as new. Absolutely fantastic customer service from Donovan and the entire Team!

This particular pep boys has an entire team that’s fantastic! They go the extra mile and treat their customers great. Saul , Steve and Don got my car in and took great care of us. We didn’t have the best day thanks to another location whom did not honor our appt etc. This pep boys team really helped us out so we will come here for every oil change from now on!
