His customer service, professionalism, and genuine, personable attitude make all the difference. He’s the main reason I keep coming back to have work done on my car. Formal Complaint and Demand for Refund – Dangerous Brake Service I am writing to formally complain about a serious and dangerous service failure at your location and to request a full refund for the brake work performed. I had my front and rear brakes replaced, along with new rotors, at your store, for which I paid approximately $1,200 (after coupons). I drove roughly 20 miles from the location toward my home. About one-third of the way into that drive, I heard a loud pop, followed by severe screeching when attempting to accelerate. Recognizing the seriousness of the situation, I immediately pulled over and contacted the store to inform them that the vehicle would be returning. I appreciated the honesty of Dominic and his ability to explain details that were understandable. He took the time to answer questions. Tom made sure my closure was complete. The atmosphere was comfortable while waiting. To be certain my bill was fairly priced, I compared it with one I had over a year ago and also asked a friend who fixed his own car. Not all Pep Boys are the same, but this store was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Went to the Pep Boys in Eatontown dropped my car off late on a Friday night no appointment Saturday morning first thing they called me up went over all the details they said it would be done by 7pm talk to them around 5:30 say they had to order parts was not expecting to be done on Saturday night to my surprise they called me at 8:30 stateing my car was done I was like you close at 7:00 they were like we know we know that you need your car so we stayed until the job was done that was the most exceptional service I've ever had in with Auto repair. So impressed!!! Will never go any place else. Thanks again Doreen
