The facility and staff at the ‘Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires’ in Evansville IN drew my attention initially because they are open 7 days a week, and I needed a quick oil change. After such a pleasing and stress free encounter, I am happy to tell anyone who will listen that this business is NOT at all like the majority of others are; they are the epitome of friendly and professional! My expectations in terms of a quick oil change and general check of my vehicle were met quickly, and to such a degree that I will use ONLY THEM going forward. Even though I will be moving to Dixon KY and there aren't any Pep Boys close to my new homes location….I WILL STILL COME TO EVANSVILLE AND USE THEM! Need an oil change or, perhaps some work done on your vehicle? Then prepare yourselves for the very BEST!

We were about to leave town to head back to Mississippi after visiting our daughter. We had a low tire pop up. Luckily, Pep boys was open. We pulled in and they jumped right on it and patched the hole from a screw. Had us on the way in 30 minutes. Appreciate all the team there for the quick help!

I when in to buy four tires 2 went bad they took care of it. No problem I'm even going to have my brakes done there. They give you honest and satisfying results. Because they care about there customers. And I will go back there again and I will tell other people about their good service and satisfaction. And the price,s are real reasonable. Friendly and helpful. When repair was out of their normal scope they even recommended a shop to take the vehicle to and what the likely diagnosis was. Pep Boys diagnostic was only $35. The Ford dealership wanted $200 for a diagnostic fee just to quote the repair job.
