Aron was so pleasant and polite to me. Although their garage was full, he assisted me as soon as I walked into the door. I was out of there within 10 minutes (a quick inspection of my vehicle was my purpose for visiting). I look forward to using their services for other things.

My experience at Pep Boys is definitely five stars. I went to a garage called “Christian Brothers“ and found their prices were at least 25 to 30% higher. Although Christian Brothers is a place that is polite and has some very nice people I find that their prices are approximately 25% higher. I’ve only had my car back for approximately one week and I feel that the work they did was quality. I would recommend Pep Boys For the next time I needed Service on my SUV. William Enzweiler

When my driveshaft broke and put a hole in my transmission in my Land Rover Discovery I was pretty bummed out. I couldn't find a transmission anywhere until I brought it to the team here. Yvonne, John and Christian treated me like family and moved mountains to find the parts I needed and got me back on the road for a fair price. Definitely bringing our vehicles here moving forward. Thank you!

The team here is honest and always go out of their way to help you, even if it means they have to stay late. I realize there are things that happen that are out of their hands and they're always upfront if a part is late arriving, etc. I definitely recommend this location!

There's, currently, not enough time to fully explain my horror experience with Pep Boys Gilbert, AZ, because their poor service has delayed my ability to return to my home state and report back to work. On-going unexpected hotel fees and 30+ days of delay with the return of my vehicle, followed by insufficient repairs , have infringed upon my income and time. Additionally, the managers deliberate delay in releasing my car, after having received payment, forced me into an entire weekend plus holiday without the ability to contact alternate services to get my vehicle right so that I could get on the road to return to my home state. In the interim, another mechanic was able to diagnose that my issues are still the same except for lower noise. My vehicle is not safe to put on the road and ne
