Professional, friendly, accurate time frame and good price. Marika, front desk service manager, and William, the mechanic, did a outstanding job at pricing, replacing 2 tires and getting me out in 1 hour on a Sunday morning. Doesn't get any better than that. Clean , comfortable waiting area and a wawa right across the street and a Burlington right next door. How about a Walmart within walking distance. Can't think of a better setup.

I had an emergency with my car on a Sunday early morning I called and the woman got me right in. The technician took great care of my vehicle fixed the issue within two hrs I was back on the road. Great customer service and pricing I’ll be definitely utilizing this location for maintenance on my vehicle again.

Lisa is truly incredible. I called last minute on a Sunday during one of the worst days of my life, and she immediately helped calm me down and take control of the situation. She got me in, had my car fixed within 45 minutes, and kept me informed every step of the way. She explained everything clearly, made sure I understood what mattered, and went above and beyond to help manage my anxiety. Had an appointment for 3 PM today, figured I'd make a second appointment for 1:30 PM instead so I could bring the car in earlier and not have to make people stay late for my state inspection and whatnot Store was closed, lights were off, door was locked Knocked on main door, no answer and locked and lights off, knocked on one of the garage ports, same thing Main customer service line claimed the location should have opened at 12 noon I can understand not opening because of the snow we got last night, but it was already melting at 1:15 PM, but more importantly, some sort of communication would have been appreciated, especially considering I made the 3 PM original appointment a week ago, and no phone call or email communication was sent to let me know the location was closed, despite eve
