I have used Pep Boys for Tires, batteries and now an alternator. Excellent service each time. The people were friendly and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly. Even when I had a nail in my tire...when other places said it couldn't be plugged, they did it with no issues. Cannot say enough good things!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I went here. I too saw a price online, called ahead and spoke to a woman that told me the price the tire would cost including balance and installation. I simply had a nail in the tire and wanted to replace the tire. When my son went to have the tire replaced he was sold a more expensive tire, was told he needed to change all four because the car was 4 wheel drive , which it is not. He felt pressured , unsure and ended up just doing two tires and had to wait almost 2hrs before the car was ready after being told I would not need an appointment when I called ahead. I was upset at what had happened and when I called to explain the man said , “Is it even your car or your son’s” I told him it was my car and what does it matter. His reply was “ Well your s

One of the worst experiences I’ve had ever. I made an appointment online on the 1st of July for the 3rd to replace and balance my tires. Everything is set online, I go into this location day of (the 3rd) and am greeted with an extremely rude front desk attendant who told me that I didn’t have an appointment and the service that I was requesting needed special parts. A complete lie as I had confirmation in my email stating that I did in fact have an appointment, and the parts were in stock. I nicely stated that from what I was being told, that it seemed like they did not want to complete this service as it was the day before a holiday. I told them that I’d be more than happy to return at a different time, so my service wasn’t rushed and completed with haste. She replied “no. I have to make
