Everyone at the facility is great. I’ve never been treated better at any other place. Victor, the manager was awesome, a very professional person. He made sure I found the perfect tires and that my truck was taken care of properly. Caveman was the tech, did outstanding work. very knowledgeable, gave me great advice on my off-roading needs. I’m a DIY mechanic and I like to do my own work and to double check after someone has wrenched on my truck. Everything is installed properly and to my satisfaction. Literally everyone was great, I wish I remembered more names. Anyways very great people. Definitely recommend going to the Jax Beach Branch.

Great people and service. Friendly, professional, and quick service at fair rates. Better than my Lexus dealership on all counts. My wife has never been taken advantage with repairs and I have not had Needles’s recommendations. They’ve been very honest.

The service/store manager Victor L. made my experience from beginning to end seamless. He provided excellent customer service and very fair pricing for the extensive work required on my vehicle. I will be returning to Victor at this location for all of my future vehicle servicing needs and will let my friends and family know the same. Thanks also go out to my mechanic Garry who complete the work and did a fantastic job. You guys are the best!

Victor was such a blessing. Our daughter is at UNF and we're in Tallahassee. He explained everything to her and to us. He took the time to put together an accurate estimate while still managing expectations. (Unfortunately, the car was damaged beyond the value so we elected not to fix it) He was patient and understanding while we ordered the title and scheduled the junk car company pick up. We would absolutely recommend this store to anyone who needs repair work.

They fixed my vehicle without any hassles or runaround. I will Never go back to Tires Plus and warn anyone to stay away. Pep Boys is way better.
