Stopped in as a last resort to have my alignment checked. I had been to three other places to have it looked at. Greg at the counter took time and assured me he would find what’s going on. Before they checked it he assured me they would get me right. When they checked the alignment it was all good but still pulled right. So he asked if I had time for him to figure it out. He then swapped tires from side to side to see if it would stop ( he said something about a radial pull). That didn’t work and then he asked me who did the front brakes. Well I did of course trying to save a buck. He asked for permission to disassemble the right side and after that he found some kind of pins hadn’t been greased (again me trying to save a buck) after rectifying that problem my truck dives straight now. Under New Management!!!!!! When another shop caused a bigger problem than I went in for, Mr. Greg put my mind at ease. He is solution oriented. He took his time to explain what caused the problem and fixed it before I could pour myself a cup of shop coffee

Very poor service in regards to not being transparent with the cost of 1 tire. The cost was $267. I also had purchased Road side coverage. Without the coverage the tire would have cost $367. I would not recommend buying any tires from Pep Boys. The way they have marked up everything after purchasing the tires originally, not being transparent on 1 tire to be replaced, this will be the last time I purchase anything with Pep Boys and do not recommend them unless you want to be scammed by their marketing ploy.

Pepboys did what they said they would do for the price stated. My car now has working brakes. Highly satisfied.
