The employees were nice, especially the young lady at the front desk. I feel bad for her cuz the shop is not one I would return to. Unfortunately my car is now worse off than when I brought it in due to a part that was replaced, by suggestion, that was not what I had even gone in for. They did not tighten bolts to specification and rather than rescheduling me they rushed the job, allowing a bolt to fall loose on a control arm. I will just be going to the dealership from here on out. They might take longer but they are honest about parts/service. The shop wanted me to replace parts that were in useable condition and graded them by age and not function.

we took our suv to another auto shop to repair a check engine light and some other issues we were aware of, and we ended up here for a second opinion. they got our estimated $6k job down to <$700 and resolved the issue with less than half of the work we were told to have done! they even showed us our parts that we were told were dirty (which were almost perfectly clean), and made us aware that some parts we were told to get replaced were also relatively new. definitely found our new shop in this area!

If you are looking for a wheel alignment please Look elsewhere , had a trip coming up so brought my truck to get alignment. After they finished I look at the tires and they had cambered a lot more then before and my steering wheel was not even straight , both left and right of the truck had it bad. Driving in a road that’s straight and your steering wheel being slanted is crazy . Recommend you guys to go to an actual expert. Q

Pep Boys in Lake Worth Tx were very helpful. All the employees I spoke with were real sincere people. They had to break off my previous wheel lock keys and replace them, they did a fantastic job. I asked them to please be careful with my powder coated rims and they sure did. Thank you

Very disappointed with the service that I received. I went in for a simple tire patch, however after the technician saw my tire it turned out it had a bolt that could not be patched. We had verbally agreed to just replace the tire with the same all-terrain tire make and model that was previously on my truck. After waiting for the work to be complete and paying at checkout with no mention of any irregularity, I went out to my truck to find an all-season tire that did not match any of the other tires. I spoke with the technician and he gave me a very brief explanation that they did not have that tire in stock with no other context or information. It is very dishonest to not say anything to the customer if you do not have a certain item in stock and just replace it with, "the next best thing"
