Take 5 Oil Change

The only good thing about this place is the workers. They were amazing, especially the girl (I wish I could remember her name. It started with an A). The name is Take 5, the commercial says it takes 10 minutes, and it's neither. But most of all, I thought this was a quick visit when I needed one, a fast cheap alternative when I was in a hurry. It's quite the opposite. I spend WAY less at the dealership AND get a tire rotation and car wash (usually $90). Even Walmart is cheaper and faster. The price of this is absolutely nuts. Oil change with air filter $180?!!!! Never again. And a suggestion of coolant replacement $150?!!! I'll go back to the dealership, thanks.

I've been taking my car to Take 5 for several years now, unfortunately, I will no longer be bringing it back to your business for any service because of my experience today. I was deeply disappointed and frustrated with the staff for their lack of professionalism. The names of the guys who worked on my car today was: ISMAEL (Hood & Svc Writer), LOGAN (Pit), MORGAN (Safety), and ANTHONY M (MOD). I was the 4th car to arrive for an oil and filters change while three other cars were already in the 3 service bay areas receiving maintenance. I was told it would be a 30-35 minute wait, so I decided to wait and was told to pull up to the middle station #2. Extremely disappointed with the service here. Paid over $600 to have a coolant light issue fixed, but it is still on. They upsold my wife on an oil change that clearly wasn't needed, as the old sticker showing 3k miles left was still on the dash. Furthermore, there is no evidence they actually replaced the fuel filters as claimed. Avoid this shop—they charge for work they do not perform.

I took my son’s new pickup on SuperBowl Sunday for an oil change at a location I had not been to before. I arrived at 1122 am and was sixth in line at a three bay facility. I was greeted and given a cold bottle of water to drink while waiting. I popped my hood at 1209. Then I noticed only two employees on scene. They both worked at a reasonable pace and were professional. The service menu was fully explained to me and I chose the top tier synthetic oil change with an air filter replacement as well. The tech dropped a screwdriver down inside the wheel well and offered to retrieve it but explained it would cause a delay in my exit. I went to get my oil changed yesterday , I asked the mechanic, can i go ahead and head off. They said yes, I was on the freeway when a few raindrops came down I used the new windshield wipers they had placed and they had left the windshield wiper blades on the new wiper blades which i didn't know and they flew off the car. I thought okay wierd, i get home it was dark i parked my car and headed out to dinner with my husband in his car. when I drove to work this morning I noticed oh they had not latched my hood closed properly, and as I drove to work I heard an odd scraping sound I parked at work. I noticed that my Lower engine cover was not been put on correctly and is scraping the ground. I'm worried , I can't move, I call their phone number...I've been on hold for over 15 minutes... not
