I always bring my vehicle here. I’m in and out quickly. If there are any issues they address it and let me know. Customer Service is always great here. No complaints and happy to have a pep boys up the street.

My daughter’s ten year old vehicle is constantly in need of repairs and she hadn’t established a trusting and reliable relationship with any repair shop in Polk County. I directed her to the Pep Boys (Mulberry) as I had experienced fantastic outcomes with past repairs at this location. Rene, Andrew and Scott are excellent examples of honest and dedicated employees. Their customer service skills are exemplary! I highly recommend this location for automotive repairs! Thank you guys!

Stopped in on Thursday and asked to have some check my tire wear and tech came out with me. After seeing what I was talking about he suggested an alignment so I set it up for Saturday. Arrived Saturday and waited they aligned it and I was notified and advised that tires should wear ok . Two years old coopers purchased from them . Very satisfied.

I call today 27Dec 2025 Pep Boys South Lakeland around 9:35 am and got a quote for Cooling System Flush,Change Spark Plugs and for Motorcraft Fuel Injection Service for my Ford Explorer 2020.The price was good . 27Dec 2025 I got an appt to be there at 10:30am. I was there at 10:15 am and the person that got my info told Me it will take like 1-3 hours. I went back 3 hours later and my SUV wasn’t even touch. It was in the same spot. I asked what happen and I was told I was next after I wasted 3 hours of my time waiting around at Walmart. I took my SUV and left. Very poor time management giving appts making it seems that work will start at that time you dropped of your vehicle after 3 hours the job wasn’t even started that’s unacceptable.

Excellent service on my truck, couldn't be happier with the results. Andrew, Scott, and Dustin are the best! Very knowledgeable, took the time to listen and was super helpful and professional. My family rides in my truck so I when I can't do they work on it myself I trust the guys at PepBoys.
